Love Always - Coach J
Yesterday teaching my youngest son about giving we were going through clothes that he had outgrown that we would donate. As I looked around his room I knew it was time for him to learn to part with some of the toys he has accumulated. As I laid out his impressive hot wheels collection I had two show boxes, one for "other kids" and one for him. He lined all the cars up and started slow at first picking up one car and talking about it then deciding if he would give it away or not. As he placed the first car in the giving box he began to move rapidly through all of the cars and before I knew what was happening all of them were in the giving box. I figured he misunderstood so I explained that he was giving them all away to other kids, to which he said "Okay". So I went through this scenario a few more times going as far as asking about specific cars "Are you sure you don't want to keep this one?" and he would say no. I found my lesson to him end up being one for me. My giving heart had a limit and his did not. Care for what you teach your children as they will take it and multiply the lesson.

A wife was made to help the husband. When you consider this it is important to understand that the husband must be engaged in his work - he God given passion and purpose. When he has his path and work he can have a helper. A helper must be just as strong or stronger to assist you. On this blog I often push you to find your work, but today let us celebrate the help that gives us a lift and enables us to more than we ever could alone. Love Always - Coach J The process of birthing a child is called labor. Sometimes this can last a few hours and others it can last days. Sometimes the woman is cut open to have the baby removed. Reflecting on the labor it takes to birth a child how amazing is it that a woman will have more than one child, or even just the first one? This shows us the beauty and connection created during this process. A selfless service that brings life to Earth. The beauty in the Mother child relationship is an awesome thing to consider. Love Always - Coach J Every great idea and movement begins with a few supportive minds collaborating and cooperating. I recently heard a man speak about creating your audience or platform and he mentioned a carpenter from 2500 years ago that started something huge. Many of us have heard of this movement called Christianity. The speaker said that sometimes when we are looking to create an audience for the message we want to share and we are not satisfied with the number of people that subscribe to our email list or visit our blog. Don't be concerned with the number of people that join your podcast, just love each of those that do. develop and refine your message and your audience will share your message and it will grow. His point was Jesus confided in 12 men and grew his message to the world because he was not concerned with the number of followers, he simply loved his audience. Love your audience and find your 12. With that in mind I want to thank each an every one of you that visits my page and shares it with others. Feel free to add a comment or email me for any topic you'd like to see covered or presented to the group. I am not Jesus by any means. I do appreciate and Love each and everyone of you that share a little of each day with me on this blog. Drop me a line - I'd love to hear from you. Love Always - Coach J If you ever have the opportunity there is a nice little place attached to the convention center in Ft Lauderdale called Market 17. They have an experience called Dining in the dark. Yes you are served random dishes directly from their gourmet chef in a room of complete darkness. Your sense of smell is heightened, you are encouraged to touch the food and get to know the textures. It is amazing how hard it is to associate tastes that you know with their names when you don't have a visual connection. The meal (6 courses or more if you like) was inspired. The waiter is incredible (ask for Greg). Tip him well for his passion for his work is rare and worth the visit. Love Always - Coach J My Sun was telling me last night about giving your best effort in the moment so you have no doubts. When you give your best in each moment he says you do not have to waste time looking back or wondering about the what ifs. I am honored to hear his message and moved by the part that is most neglected yet yields the most results - action on your knowledge. He was speaking from a place of realization due to action. Take action on your knowledge. Love Always - Coach J The subtle way if giving feedback and encouragement. The way you teach a child. Setting the table and preparing a meal.. What are the overlooked arts in your life that you can refine? What are the arts you are currently performing at a high level? Did you know you were such an amazing artist? You are...
