Do you know the feeling when you are witnessing classic art in it's purest form?  I mean watching a dancer dance with their soul, a painting that you cannot look away from, a photograph that has layers, shades and depth.  How about Baroque, Rock, Blues, or Hip Hop?  When the artist is in tuned with their essence there is no mistaking the art.  Whether you enjoy the medium or not you can recognize the art.  I am grateful to align and experience these artists in their element sharing their gift with the world.

You are the champion of your life.  Only you know what you can accomplish and what you should have accomplished.  It is not for you to judge yourself against another.  Their purpose and drive are not yours.  Their gifts are not yours, their story is not yours.  You have been given specific gifts to execute on your time here and only you can discover them and share them with the world.  You are a champion, but no one else can crown you, only you will know when you have achieved the crown and how sweet that is when you know in your heart you are doing what you came to do.  If you are not sure about your purpose, such has how to discover it or next steps once you have discovered it drop me an email or comment below.  I'd love to be part of your magnificent story.

What society has defined as failure may draw images of the defeated contender.  What failure has been for me is an invaluable lesson that taught me more focus and discipline than success has.  Even with this knowledge I would still choose success when given a choice.  That is human nature.  Thankfully we fall sometimes to see the road is bumpy, to learn the lesson, and to right our way.  And how much sweeter is the fruit of success after a few "failures".

We have discussed why you do what you do and what you are.  If you are having trouble with these perspectives consider this.  You must be like that from which you came.  If you were an apple seed you would grow to be an apple.  You came from a source of pure creative energy and innovation.  You are told to fit into a box and have finite possibilities but the truth is that when you are acting as your creator you are infinite in your creativity and energy.  If you are unable to identify with the coming from a source then consider the fact that you are human - that is indisputible.  Now over the course of history think of all the innovators, creators, and motivators.  You are no different than any of them in physical make up.  You come from the same seed.  Chose to use that which you have already been given and stop looking outside of yourself for the answer.

Why do you do the things you do?  When you interact with family, friends or coworkers are your actions transactional or transformational?  Transactional is doing something for an expected outcome or return.  Transformational is to create change.  Consider what great inventions or movements might have been missed if the leader or inventor was waiting to get paid before offering their services.  Do you do what you do for something in return?  On some level we all do, however what if we could shift our intent to a new outcome that benefits all?

You don't know what you don't know.  Then you become aware of something that you didn't know.  You must keep it front of mind to use it now.  Eventually with enough practice you will aplly this new knowledge without having to think about it.  The moral - continue to learn, practice what you learn and grow as an individual.  Is it better to live it, or be a walking wikipedia that can recite lessons?  I don't know but I can work on it each day....

I am so grateful for having "work" to do.  Being able to serve others, research topics, stretch myself to understand ideas outside of my comfort zone, sit still...  Sometimes work for me comes in the stragest places.  But I find my discomfort and sit in it to learn.  The more I press myself to work the less uncomfortable I become.  Even in uncomfortable situations I see the joy in the work and the stress on my mind and body feels refreshing.  I am so grateful to have work to do.  Find you good work and be refreshed and inspired.  Love Always - Coach J

I saw a video yesterday of a company that had invested to attend Dave Ramsey's EntreLeadership course in Orlando.  As they were boarding the plane the partners commented to each other about the size of the investment they had made to attend this session - financially as well as being away from the business.  After a day of attendance they questioned each other if they had paid enough for the value they were receiving.  Make wise investments, but always invest in yourself.  If you do not continually improve and grow you are equal to dead.
