If you know me you know I like to be in control.  I like to be strategic, and thought out.  I don't like to waste time and I can be perceived as impatient.  Recently I have had the most beautiful out of control feeling.  It is fed by having people around me that are focused on where they are heading, and taking the steps to achieve positive goals.  The more I allow these people into my world the more unexpected events are arising and they are wonderful.  I am enjoying the lack of control and foresight.  It feels great to have others around me throwing inspirational and remarkable ideas at me at 100 miles per second.  When your universe is in alignment you do not need to be in control.

A friend of mine likes to live by the saying "When is the last time you did something for the first time?"  I align that in some respects to a thought I am having this morning.  I am living a once in a lifetime moment/life daily.  Savoring the company I have in my live, the blessings I am realizing, the coincidences, and the perfectly timed lessons.  I feel like in my youth I was tried that once in a lifetime was something so special you were lucky to have witnessed it once.  As I grow and learn to create my reality and accept all outcomes I am inspired to share with you that you can live a once in a lifetime type of life daily and it is invigorating, fulfilling, humbling, and rewarding.  Challenge yourself today to take inventory of the smallest miracles and victories and begin your walk down the road of a once in a lifetime lifestyle.  Thank you to all my family and friends that assisted me in this revelation by being amazingly beautiful at all times.

I am loving the brisk air taking us from summer into fall.  The sun is out and beaming but there is a cool breeze moving in.  Nighttime is becoming sweater weather and you can see couples holding hands and snuggling.  The days are bright and sunny and the nights are cooling off.  What a beautiful week it has been.  This month is beautiful!

The term "water under the bridge" means to let things pass.  What is done is done, do not dwell on it - let it go.  When you hold on to thoughts or low energy emotions you are building a dam.  You restrict the flow and new things cannot come into your life.  You create pressure from the back log of water and you get tense and need to reinforce your dam.  It is an uncomfortable way to live.  Let it go, be free, let events come and go and flow.

As the seasons begin to shift and fall approaches the sunrise and sunset are amazingly orange and pink - with velvet blues and hues.  Yet the backdrop of trees are still a vibrant green and flowers are still in their summer best.  What a beautiful spectacle to behold.  Good morning and good evening my friends.

Effort is something we must exert to have any return in life.  We must push and grow.  There is a difference between effort and struggle.  To display effort is to give your best, try your hardest and check in on the results and course correct as needed.  Struggle however is more of a head down, push through and just keep going without looking at your progress or outcome type of movement.  To struggle is to take on the emotional burden of your results.  To be come attached to the pain of failure.  In place of that I suggest you simply look at the results as only that - results.  You did the best you could with what you knew to that point.  The next step is to evaluate and see what you can do differently to achieve a new result.  Keep giving your best effort but stop struggling in misery.  Let me know your thoughts on these words and how you made the switch from struggling to applying powerful effort.

A nice warm summer rain after a hot day cools the air and makes for a beautiful summer night.  The heat of the summer can make you forget the cooler side of yourself.  That wonderful rain can bring back the cool in you.  No matter what is heating up around you, find the summer rain in the situation.

Look beneath the surface today.  For all the similarities you have daily it is possible you are missing the little miracles that happen right before your eyes.  Just as each day has its own challenges it has its own blessings.  A day that seems uneventful is a day where you are not fully alert.  Events need not be massive to be wonderful.  Look for the inside joke, how many times you see your favorite color, what your wife's hair really feels like and how heavy your kids are.  Where are all the cracks in the sidewalk and how awesome is it that you can grow hair without even trying.  Each day is so much the same and yet so different all at once.  Find the beauty in each day and you'll be pleased at what you find hidden inside a "normal" day.

For all we accomplish, for all we accumulate, for all we learn, one thing is in common - it will all pass.  The rich and the poor both have the sun shine on them.  The wise and the foolish both die.  What do we really have?  This moment.  Breathe it - cherish it, hug it, love it, know it because in a moment it is all changed.  Follow your passions, but not to the detriment of your joy.  Trust your feeling, feel your soul, be alive.

When subatomic particles crash into each other energy is released.  When people crash into each other energy is released.  Today I had the opportunity to have by vehicle crashed into.  It gave me the chance to raise my awareness and be present in that moment.  It showed me clearly without a doubt how much I have to be grateful for and that material possessions don't matter in an emergency.  What I truly hope is in the dealings with the other person, the police officer, insurance adjusters and all the other people I will come into contact with as a result of this "accident" that I give a great energy to them.  Thank you for always showing me the lesson and living through me.
