 There is a time for everything. Working towards our goals and dreams is for us to use time as a measuring stick to where we want to be, yet all magnificent accomplishments will come to fruition when ripe. We must plant a seed to have the harvest, yet we cannot harvest until it is the correct time.

 Taking care of your body is primary to all other health. Your mind is connected to the story you body is telling it. If you are physically drained your mind will have to deal with that. Intentional breathing, eating, resting, moving, is all a part of taking care of yourself. When you are in prime condition you can execute at the highest levels.
Love Always - Coach J  To my family - my support network, I love you all beyond expression - all I can do is demonstrate and deliver actions that express my love for you. Today I just had to shout it out to the world. I LOVE YOU!!!
Love Always - Coach J  Currency flows - it must keep moving to be currency. If you try to hold on without giving something of value back it will all evaporate. Stay in the flow to enjoy currency.
Love Always - Coach J  It is great when you find a bridge to your destination. A direct route above, over, and past certain obstacles. Be grateful for the pieces or connections that make up your bridge. Be on the look out for how you can build bridges for others.
Love Always - Coach J  Looking at a situation from your view will not always give you all the information you need to understand the situation. What about the first person that walked from the flat lands and encountered a mountain range. A belief may be that the Earth rises to that level from that point forth. They had no way of knowing that range peaked and dropped off again. Know your view is your view and it may not be the entire view.
Love Always - Coach J  Sometimes you need to stand alone, trust what you are doing and resist the urge to look for approval. Know why you are doing what you are doing. Support and engage your team. To use a performance analogy; imagine the orchestra turning the house lights on so they can gauge their performance on the audience reaction and not on how they are synching with each other. The observers will observe and have an opinion. The person of action must be in the moment and moving freely and fluid.
Love Always - Coach J  Children have so much to teach us if we will only stop for a moment and observe. Listen to the wisdom in the naiveté. Search yourself when you want to correct a child and see if the direction you have the impulse to enforce is not simply you repeating a belief that was woven into your belief. Maybe it isn't a universal truth - maybe it is simply something you have heard and chose to believe and a child sees through it.
