 Surrounding yourself with a group of people that will share your values, help you deliver your best, hug you when you need it, and challenge you when you need that as well is the highest definition of community. You will become like that which you surround yourself with. You are light reflected so you will reflect your surroundings. They do not make you but they can shape you. Distance yourself from that which you do not want, and amplify that which you do.
Love Always - Coach J  It is important to be able to connect with people. Beyond policies, and rules there are people that must enforce them. Get to know the people, connect on a human level and the world of rules and laws will be less intimidating and even may begin to make sense where it did not before. When we can connect as people all differences can be worked out. Get to know the person on the other side of the story and listen to them from a place of objective neutrality - just listen, no judgments, no expectations, simply be and allow their insights to live free whether they resonate with you or not, allow them the space to grow and breathe and you will find yourself connected even if you do not align.
