There is usually a great sense of pride and accomplishment when you "make the team".  Going from JV to Varsity, being hired by the firm you have been keeping track of.  Being selected for an action team within your organization.  Remember - you made the team because of the value you bring.  The team actually needed you.  Continue to develop yourself and soon enough teams will come looking for you and you may be the one deciding which team you want to play for.  Love Always - Coach J

Is your growth measured by how tall you are?  How wide you are?  Is it by how much more caring you are for others?  How much you have contributed to charity?  How do you measure growth?  What is growth for you?  Growth is the only evidence of life.  Keep growing.  Love Always - Coach J

I love Main St.  A town that has that street where there are mom and pop shops with original furniture, garments, or other crafts and goodies.  Art & antiques, and most of all candy shops with homemade salted caramel!  Love Always - Coach J

A state fair the size of a small city.  So large that six hours of exploring only scratched the surface.  Filled with good people, kind, happy, generous people.  Home-made local fare, fresh snacks, clothes, hats, drinks, exhibits, live music, etc....  The energy on a late summer day is just awesome.  Love Always - Coach J

Have you ever had a clear view or picture of what needed to happen.  You felt like you communicated it clearly to your team but you keep hitting road blocks.  Have you taken time to concider what your vision looks like from all angles and different perspectives?  Collect feedback from your team?  Or did you simply see the vision and push?  Pushing forward is great and in some stages of a project needed, but it is much easier to move a heavy load if you have others pushing with you.  Love Always - Coach J
