There is usually a great sense of pride and accomplishment when you "make the team". Going from JV to Varsity, being hired by the firm you have been keeping track of. Being selected for an action team within your organization. Remember - you made the team because of the value you bring. The team actually needed you. Continue to develop yourself and soon enough teams will come looking for you and you may be the one deciding which team you want to play for. Love Always - Coach J
