Love Always Coach J
Reading Proverbs 6 today I was reflecting on the lesson of the ants. They have no king to direct them, yet they work steadily through summer to have enough for winter. I am reflecting on this now as I not only am always studying and reflecting but on the basic level of preparing meals for the week, ironing for the week, making sure the laundry is set and reviewing the weekly calendar to be most effective in the event of an unscheduled event. Breaking down our larger goals to the actual actions we must take is awesome, but also make sure you are being effective in the most basic principles of life. Food, Shelter, clothing. Love Always - Coach J What comes to mind when you hear the words inspired, motivated, encouraged? Stop and think about the things that motivate you. Adversely think about what makes you feel inadequate or gloomy. Realize that energy flows through you. Just as what you eat affects your output. The energy you surround yourself with and the things you chose to read, watch, and entertain will flow through you. I'm grateful for the energy that flows through me. I am empowered, supreme and ready to go! Love Always - Coach J Do I need more than to take my first conscious breath to acknowledge this is a beautiful life? Simply waking in the comfort and care of my health and sound mind should be enough to start the day on the right foot. Once I am alert, focused and back to my physical plane I can seek other goals and pursuits, but genuine joy is as simple as gratitude in that first breath. Love Always - Coach J It is common to look at animals and be in awe of their primal reactive movements. Many times there actions are majestic and poetic. Even when maintaining the natural order of things such as preying on another species their action is never malicious or gluttonous. An animal simply takes what it needs in that moment and moves on. Visualize the picture of a lion resting in a field of gazelles and none of them are running. The lion is not their enemy the hungry lion is. The gazelles have not formed a league to eradicate the lions from the earth and the lions are not trying to "stock up" on gazelles for themselves. The beauty of the animal kingdom is it is all about instant feedback WITHIN natural order. Once you comprehend natural order you can begin to apply your thoughts and actions accordingly and live aligned with the source of creation. Consider this and feel free to comment. Love Always - Coach J You cannot eat the harvest in the middle of seeding season. Sometimes when you are seeding the weather does not cooperate with your expectations, sometimes the seed doesn't take, and sometimes the soil is not fertile. You life and you learn but the natural order is that you must seed to receive a harvest. For those of us in the midst of seeding, keep the good and steady hand. Continue your work with the focus on the finish line because you know why you started. In the end you must earn the beautiful words "well done, my good and faithful servant". Keep the faith, keep your vision, and never give up your work. Love Always - Coach J Yesterday I addressed the topic of Father being the Source. You are like that from which you came. An apple comes from an apple tree. Certain genetic factors and traits will come from your physical father. Other traits will come from your eternal source, the source of all life. To be able to resource the original love, compassion, wisdom and understanding is a blessing to say the least. Look into your life and see where you can be a resource for someone else. You don't need to have all the answers, check in with your source and channel them. It is a complement to your connection to the source to be considered resourceful. Love Always - Coach J Abba from Aramaic origin can be translated as the most intimate for of Father, such as "papa" = endearing in its nature. Ask yourself what would you have such an endearing attachment or emotional reaction to? Now look at the translation of Abba to mean Source. When you look at the father as the source you realize all comes from him through you. You are a representation of the source. Connect to the source to have a full, rich and endearing connection with others. The original Source, the Creator of all is your Abba. Do not be clouded by Earthly representations of Fathers. We all do our best on Earth to reflect the one true Abba, yet we are still only human in form. Connect to your original source. Love Always - Coach J Take a moment and think about how it feels when someone genuinely takes an interest in a project you are working on, your health or your family. It is a feeling of warmth mixed with excitement. We love to share information about things we are passionate about. When we share a goal we are chasing we feel stronger and more at peace with that goal when we can say it out loud and have another person really get behind us on it. Our language calls this taking interest in someone. Interest means we are curious or want to learn more about a topic or person. Anytime we project this type of energy we are feeding the other person. It also means a regular payout on an investment or loan. You have invested in this person and they will keep you updated regularly to keep the energy level maintained - this is interest. It is a self filling energy source. With this in mind when is the last time you really took interest in something someone you love is doing? Find that thing that excites them and ask them to tell you all about it and where they are going with it. Offer to be a resource or reference even if it is no more than just a work of encouragement from time to time. As you are taking interest in others, take note of those that take interest in you. Show them gratitude and return interest to there investment in you. Love Always - Coach J I enjoy sharing my insights. I feel great when I see a light bulb kick on for someone when I share an idea, thought or perspective. I look at them and see potential and hope I've been a resource that brings them a step closer to taking action, or an influence that maintains their progress, maybe even improves it. What humbles me to tears is when I see potential in a person and seek to share in their development and I see them take the lesson, appreciate it, multiply it and demonstrate on a level that I didn't even see within them! Just blowing the doors off of all expectations. Like a small stick of dynamite - you look at something and believe it is powerful, yet small and you teach it and tell it - you're powerful, you're bigger than you know. Then you spark the fuse and it blows up bigger than you ever imagined. The greatness within each person is amazing. Even when I think I know it all and believe what others can do I still see demonstrations that humble me. I am reminded to listen to my teacher and mentors and strive to blow the doors off of what it is that they see in me. Thank you for listening to me when I have a lesson, thank you for sharing when you have one. Gratitude with no expectation leads to a world full of wonder and inspiration. Love Always - Coach J |
