Love Always - Coach J
The process of birthing a child is called labor. Sometimes this can last a few hours and others it can last days. Sometimes the woman is cut open to have the baby removed. Reflecting on the labor it takes to birth a child how amazing is it that a woman will have more than one child, or even just the first one? This shows us the beauty and connection created during this process. A selfless service that brings life to Earth. The beauty in the Mother child relationship is an awesome thing to consider.

Setting goals should be chunked down. One way to help yourself achieve a goal is to set an action trigger. It is simple, if your goal is to jog in the morning don't be vague and say I'll start running in the mornings. Start by setting your alarm 5 minutes earlier and lay out your jogging clothes and shoes so when you do wake the clothes are there and you can "lean into" the action. Seeing the clothes laid out is an action trigger. If you'd like assistance or other ideas on triggers for your goals email me or submit to the comment section below. Love Always - Coach J When you feel slighted or wronged make sure you assess the situation so you can avoid being in that situation again. See what role you played and what external factors influenced the outcome. Once you have identified the source and made the adjustment move forward. Record the necessary data as not to repeat the incident but flow on without dwelling on the past. It is freeing. It may take a few breaths but you must be free to keep your head ahead, because looking backwards may cause you to hit a wall or fall off a cliff. Love Always - Coach J Every great idea and movement begins with a few supportive minds collaborating and cooperating. I recently heard a man speak about creating your audience or platform and he mentioned a carpenter from 2500 years ago that started something huge. Many of us have heard of this movement called Christianity. The speaker said that sometimes when we are looking to create an audience for the message we want to share and we are not satisfied with the number of people that subscribe to our email list or visit our blog. Don't be concerned with the number of people that join your podcast, just love each of those that do. develop and refine your message and your audience will share your message and it will grow. His point was Jesus confided in 12 men and grew his message to the world because he was not concerned with the number of followers, he simply loved his audience. Love your audience and find your 12. With that in mind I want to thank each an every one of you that visits my page and shares it with others. Feel free to add a comment or email me for any topic you'd like to see covered or presented to the group. I am not Jesus by any means. I do appreciate and Love each and everyone of you that share a little of each day with me on this blog. Drop me a line - I'd love to hear from you. Love Always - Coach J On a round planet your fixed perspective is not going to see around a corner or bend in the road ahead. Many things are different just outside of your line of sight. Many things are the same where ever you go. Look for similarities instead of differences. Be flexible instead of rigid and you will expand your knowledge. Love Always - Coach J Should you base your realistic expectations on past events? Doesn't that make sense that you would? If "X" has been happening every time you "Y" then every time you perform "Y" you have a realistic expectation of the result. What if you go into "Y" with a clear understand of the past result and alter your execution slightly to record the outcome will you still receive a realistic outcome? Is having a realistic expectation holding you back? What if we became bold and set our realistic expectations unreasonably beautiful and beyond imagination? What a reality we would live in... Love Always - Coach J Attitude will define your return. If you are seeking great return it would make sense to have a great attitude. If you are not sure what that looks or feels like here is a very easy hint gratitude = a great attitude. Wake each day with a grateful spirit, heart, and words for the day. In each blessing, victory, and challenge be grateful. This is a great attitude to have and from it I promise great return. Love Always - Coach J If you ever have the opportunity there is a nice little place attached to the convention center in Ft Lauderdale called Market 17. They have an experience called Dining in the dark. Yes you are served random dishes directly from their gourmet chef in a room of complete darkness. Your sense of smell is heightened, you are encouraged to touch the food and get to know the textures. It is amazing how hard it is to associate tastes that you know with their names when you don't have a visual connection. The meal (6 courses or more if you like) was inspired. The waiter is incredible (ask for Greg). Tip him well for his passion for his work is rare and worth the visit. Love Always - Coach J Sometimes our path does not always make sense to us. I recently met a traveler going from Chicago through Minneapolis to get to Florida, they said "How does this make sense?" But for me it didn't need to as they would arrive at their destination just the same. We do not know the efficiency and logistics of the airline to take the route they do to offer the options they did. This was an option and even if it is the only option you are still headed to your destination. Life is much the same, sometimes we have to detour or appear to go in a different direction that that of our goal where in reality we are following the path best laid for us to gain the most from our experiences before arriving at our destination.
