action trigger

Setting goals should be chunked down.  One way to help yourself achieve a goal is to set an action trigger.  It is simple, if your goal is to jog in the morning don't be vague and say I'll start running in the mornings.  Start by setting your alarm 5 minutes earlier and lay out your jogging clothes and shoes so when you do wake the clothes are there and you can "lean into" the action.  Seeing the clothes laid out is an action trigger.  If you'd like assistance or other ideas on triggers for your goals email me or submit to the comment section below.
