Love Always - Coach J
In a fast paced world it is healing to the heart to take a little time, slow down and enjoy a slow dance with the one you love. When was the last time you held the one you love for longer than 30 seconds? When did you last drift off together in the melody and lyrics of a great love song? Take time, it's worth it. You'll thank me for reminding you.

When I talk about next to the bed I mean the nightstand or something similar but no furniture is needed to execute this lesson. I discourage sleeping with the TV on or even watching it right before bed. No cell phones parked next to you. If you use one as an alarm clock set it across the room so it is away from you and you have to get out of bed to turn the alarm off. Turn all ringers and alerts off. Enough about what not to do, now what you can do to rest better. Place a notebook and a pen next to your bed - within reach. Capture your highlights from the day and lessons learned before bed. Also write out a few things you are grateful for. In the morning if you've had inspiriation in the night write it out. At leaast glance the things you were grateful for from the night before and add a few to start your day. Clear your head when you get into and out of the bed. Rest well to play well. Love Always - Coach J In a moment of deep meditation and relaxation I had an overwhelming sense of peace and relief just seconds before leaving my state and realizing I was about to urinate on myself! And at the time it didn't seem strange at all. It seemed most appropriate. Interesting how our perceptions and conditioning can make us feel like a natural act is somehow out of place. Just know that being in the moment also means cleaning up after yourself :) Breath deep, relax and release yourself. Love Always - Coach J Diesel, Steam, Electric - you name it they were all at the train show. Model trains to scale riding through little scale towns. Smaller tables with wooden trains and tracks were there for the kids to play with. Watching the amazement the little ones get from trains and the joy the older enthusiasts get from the energy of the kids. What a nice day to enjoy as well as observe all the love and joy from this style of transportation. Love Always - Coach J If you need a recharge plug into a good book connect with a friend, or have a conversation that challenges your perspective. You may also recharge by completly unplugging. Meditate, sleep a little longer, or go for a walk. For a quick charge I sometimes go to You Tube and watch a quick 10 minutes of comedy. Laughing puts you in a proper mind frame to recharge and attract positive energy. Love Always - Coach J When I first wake up I can still feel the emotions from the dream I was having. Most times I can still see and hear the last things said or happening. I do not attempt to remember or interpret my dreams. I am blessed to know that was that moment and my awake moment is a new one and that is the moment I focus on. Sometimes the memory I leave behind is interesting sometimes it is not. Everytime I am transported from one reality to another. Here I am - ready for the best right now. Love Always - Coach J Lounging with snacks and good company after running errands all day. No expectations, no agenda, just good company and giving your body a period of rest. I suggest investing in a recliner. Place it near a window where the sun can hit you and keep a couple good reads within reach of that chair. Such a place of refuge can build you while you rest. Life is awesome. Love Always - Coach J |
