It is important to share your dreams and vision. It is also important to consider who you are sharing your vision with. Shouting it out in the middle of a crowded baseball stadium is entirely different than sitting in a meeting with 3 or 4 people you respect and presenting your idea and opening the floor for their feedback. The person that opens themselves to wise feedback will grow ten times as quickly as the person that works endless hours alone. Now write out 3 names of people whose opinion you respect and share you dream or goal for this year and ask them if they have ideas, insights or spot potential hazards to you achieving your goal. Next listen to what they want to accomplish and offer transparent thoughtful feedback. Watch your world expand...
