How do you lead?  Everything you do creates a counter action that will benefit or challenge you.  Words are simply not enough.  You must act according to the outcome you desire to achieve.  The little ones are watching, the family is watching, the community and coworkers are watching.  It is all about the moves you make.  Your actions will show others how you wish to be dealt with and how you will act in the future.  Walk the talk and the talk will follow behind.
