Imagine your physical being is made up of pure gold. Let's say you visit a land where all ruler of this land is not aware of the value of gold and therefore is not very interested or can even see your worth. Does this make your gold any less valuable? Maybe in his land it is not valuable, however there are many places where gold is valued at the highest regard. Do not take the rulers assessment of your value as the fact of nature, take it as the fact of their perception and chose to be where your value is well, valued!

another one that I needed today. current mangement doesn't know their people and treat the old reliable ones as being of any value.

I have been thinking about this very thing lately. While I have learned many skills I likely would not have in my current position, I had come to forget the skills I aleady have. I knew I was dissatisfied- I had forgotten why.
I most definatly have been polishing things off-
