The more tools you have the more jobs you can accomplish with professional precision. The time and investment you spend on refining the tool to match the job will bring you time saved and a quality job well done. Sometimes we use the same tool we have for every job. Other times we spend time accumulating new tools and never mastering what we have. Take an inventory assessment. See what tools you have and evaluate your execution of the tools. If a new tool should be added to make your work easier or more complete take the steps to invest in that tool.
