the right thing

Beyond policies and procedures there are situations at occur outside of the written rules that are exceptions.  When faced with something out of the ordinary it is refreshing to see a person step back and simply take a human approach of service and kindness and do the right thing.  Slowing down, listening and reacting as if it were you on the other side of the transaction is the right thing to do.  Thank you kindly and deeply to those who chose to do the right thing.
