It feels good to be strong. We know who the strong are in our lives. The ones we can call on and they are a rock. Mentally, sometimes physically or emotionally strong. Self-control and self-discipline builds strength. Most think quickly of watching what you eat, but how about watching what you say or think? Resistance builds strength. Being held back or brick walls only make you stronger - they should not keep you out! Look at the strong in your life; see what little things they do day to day as clues to get stronger.
