Take care and focus on how your day begins and ends.  Your subconscious can repair the mind while you rest just as the muscles are repaired by relaxing.  Going into slumber or starting your day tense, worried, or anxious sets your mind up to be less dexterous.  Think grateful thoughts, count your blessings is a common saying.  Then write out the actions in the morning that will make you day a success, check them throughout the day and upon your rest time look over the list.  If anything was not checked off do not fret, move it to the top of the next days list.  Now you have  a plan and do not need to take that thought to your pillow.  Let the mind go into its recovery state counting all that has gone right and all that has gone your way.  momentum will build and you will be presented new opportunities as well as have strength for the challenges that do appear.
