Servant Leadership. What image, thoughts, feelings or sounds come to mind with those two words? I suggest that many of you relate this title or phrase with helping others. Leading through service may be another outlook. Today we are going to spin this a little and still keep its intent. How do you lead yourself? What does your self talk sound like? Would it be beneficial to consider your strentgths and push yourself to new limits? Do you push yourself hard or do you baby yourself? What is the tipping point. If you raise yourself as you would your child would you feed, nourish and challenge them or would you have them live in a bubble of protection. How you lead yourself will overflow to how you lead others. Challenge yourself as well as reward yourself. Work and play hard and relax when done. Keep this spirit in all layers of leadership.
