 How to shift your mind from self to servant? One method is to look at all things from a perspective that you do not own them but you are charged with their care and safe keeping. You will own some possessions for some time then you will pass them on or you will pass on. The shift from self to servant can be facilitated by thinking like a steward, not an owner.

I am hearing more and more the idea of "Servent Leadership" being embraced. The concept is not new- it's amoung the oldest. I'm glad to see it is making a comeback- even more so that people are willing, even eager, to encourage others to this more hopeful goal. Leave a Reply. |
