seek first

On the path of attaining knowledge of self and personal development the word wisdom comes up often.  In a recent read E2 by Pam Grout she mentioned "You cannot know wisdom. You can only be wisdom."  That is interesting and topic worthy in itself.  Then my follow up reading has spoken to come from a place of understanding to gain wisdom.  If first we seek to understand then we may utilize our knowledge and display wisdom.  First we must seek to understand.  This means taking away the fixed perspectives we have and look objectively to understand.
