seeds and their needs

Fathers, give your daughters your knowledge and allow them to display their wisdom.  These gentle seeds must be placed in fertile soil and fed with clean water and positive light.  They do not need the same trials as the boy seeds but they do need their proving grounds.  Give them mental stimulation and consider their feedback.  They will develop their leadership skills with you.  Listen to them, challenge them, praise them.  A beautiful flower is soon to follow.
