Stop waiting for someone to have a self imposed title or even an appointed title before you treat them with respect. There is royalty all around you that deserves to be acknowledged and revered. Treat each person you encounter as the ruler and leader of the universe. Their universe - not yours. They may seem strange or captivating, regardless if you align with them or not they are running the show in their world. Treat them kindly. This does not make you their servant or subject as you are royalty as well. Simply interact with them on a higher level as royals interacting, not judges casting their opinions of each other upon each interaction.
