reflection

You cannot make people a reflection of you.  People may choose to reflect you but you cannot make them like you.  You can demonstrate the qualities and actions you'd like to see in others but they will not automatically mirror your image.  Just when you think this is a troublesome thing realize that there are many aspects of your personality you would rather other people did not reflect.  Lead by example but drop all expectations.  When people demonstrate time after time where their comfort level of execution is, take them at that level.  Accept it love them right where they are.
