put the I in team

The distance we can cover as a team is much greater than the distance we can cover alone.  This is taking for granted you have a strong team with a shared vision and direction.  Communicate the vision to the team, share what the destination and check points are along the way.  Make sure all are aware of their actions and how they contribute to the common goal.  There is nothing more satisfying than working with a dedicated, high preforming, accountable team.
