pushing through

Locked in a room with someone that is not of your preferred style of communication or social style.  The purpose of being in this room it to reach a win-win-win outcome for the greater good.  When you have reached your personal threshold keep the focus on the topic at hand and the feeling of accomplishment when complete.  In the end this will strengthen your ability to work through any issue when you can stretch to work with another that is not your dream match.
