I enjoy sharing my insights. I feel great when I see a light bulb kick on for someone when I share an idea, thought or perspective. I look at them and see potential and hope I've been a resource that brings them a step closer to taking action, or an influence that maintains their progress, maybe even improves it. What humbles me to tears is when I see potential in a person and seek to share in their development and I see them take the lesson, appreciate it, multiply it and demonstrate on a level that I didn't even see within them! Just blowing the doors off of all expectations. Like a small stick of dynamite - you look at something and believe it is powerful, yet small and you teach it and tell it - you're powerful, you're bigger than you know. Then you spark the fuse and it blows up bigger than you ever imagined. The greatness within each person is amazing. Even when I think I know it all and believe what others can do I still see demonstrations that humble me. I am reminded to listen to my teacher and mentors and strive to blow the doors off of what it is that they see in me. Thank you for listening to me when I have a lesson, thank you for sharing when you have one. Gratitude with no expectation leads to a world full of wonder and inspiration.
