I.  Love.  You.  I do not care where you are or what you are doing, I love you.  It does not matter what you are wearing or who you are, I love you.  If you are down or up, I love you.  If you just said something brilliant or silly, I love you.  Is there something you should apologize for, or something you didn't get credit for?  It doesn't matter to me - I love you.  I love you for being you, not because of what I expect of you, or think you should be, do, or have.  Just want you to know today - and always, I love you.
