look around you

Check your surroundings.  You will become most like those that you surround yourself with.  The company that gets the majority of your time will begin to shape your thoughts, beliefs, and actions.  Know how you are around and why you are around them.  Keep your identity in tact while looking for those that can shape and push you to where you want to be.  Do not be the anchor, and do not pull dead weight.  Check Your Surroundings.
