When we take the time to give or share an insight what we have really done is some internal work and reflection. There is information in our database that we either compared, aligned, or accessed to share an insight. This is happening internally and is connected with our accumulated knowledge. Taking time to share your perspective or insight is a way of contributing and appreciating the company you surround yourself with. Do the self work. Share with others. Grow and develop.
