I have been told that I am a special wonderful person on many occasions. While I appreciate that I know that I am no more unique than the next person. Praise is awesome but if you want to know the secret - here it is. I simply recognize the beauty around me more often than the average person. Second I call it out by name and smile at it. I introduce myself and make sure I truly capture that moment in my heart. Then I let it go - forget all about it and move to the next amazing experience. When you savor each breath of life, the sky is brighter, you can see trees breathing and you'll meet the most amazing people - right in front of your face. Behold the beauty that is your life and the ugly things will fade away into the background.
