Share your thoughts.  Give your feedback.  If you have a perspective that would give someone else insight it is important that you share.  Whether they accept the information or not is independent from you sharing.  You can only do your part.  When receiving feedback it is important to sit back and accept the information.  This is not a time to justify or explain your position.  Simply listen and let it marinate.  You may find enlightnement you never considered in this approach.
