Nothing will have an impact on your energy level outside of staying hydrated more than eating fresh veggies!  Find some fresh veggies and snack on them.  Start a garden or simply pick some up at the store.  Not canned or frozen but fresh, fresh veggies!  After a period of eating them you will notice a difference in your body balance and even begin to crave them.
