When there is dysfunction or disharmony in your relationships - personal or professional finding the root cause of the pain is important. You may have a belief from your perspective and operate, or act a type of way based on your viewpoint. However you may be off base in your judgment if you do not take the time to openly discuss with the other party the root cause from their perspective. You may be surprised on what they see the issue as. They may be surprised to find where you are coming from. Until you have common ground you cannot move forward lockstep. Dig up those roots so you can have strong relationships. Love Always - Coach J
