It is interesting when a story or lesson is shared or taught sometimes we have a voice in our head that says - I already know that, or I have heard that before. It brings to mind the saying "Nothing new under the sun". Most ideas and concepts have been expressed in one way or another. As I began to ponder this I also realized that if every idea was to be disregarded because it is not completely original than why do we cherish the flowers in the spring? They are the same flowers. If you love a rose you know what it will look and smell like, yet you get that amazing feeling when you see a fresh rose. It is the life carrying the message that brings the energy. It is the personification of the message. When you hear a message you may have come across before look at the messenger and see the light and energy they bring to deliver the good news. The living energy of the message can make the lesson clear for you and relevant today, right now.
