An interesting Norwegian saying was shared with me the other day "There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes." We have been in the negative tempuratures for a few days - hence the sentiment. Today is -18 and feels like -45 or at least that's what the people on TV say. I don't know what -45 feels like compared to -35 but it is COLD outside. I have this amazing jacket that I got years ago and never let go of and I'll tell you I have been outside today with minimal discomfort because of that coat. I don't advise playing outside for an extended period in weather like this but having the proper attire makes all the difference.
