There are times in life when you must make a choice and you are not sure what the outcome will be. When you can only see the two choices but not the end of the road what will you do? I will offer that you make an informed decision and trust your instinct. You are traveling on the road you have chosen and your choice will always be the correct one. The only person that has a concern is the one that feels forced in a direction. You always have a choice. Learn to make your own choices and love the outcomes. Love Always - Coach J While traveling I enjoy getting off the beaten tourist path and mingling with the locals. One of my favorite things to do is find the local fare = food! See how different regions season, spice, or serve their dishes. From fresh to pickled, sweet to spicy the joy of life is tasting it. Get outside of the lines and see what is out there. Love Always - Coach J It is important to pace yourself for the race. The most important thing is to know you distance and your abilities. Is this a race you should find a moderate clip or is this a flat out sprint. You need to have both types of energy cells and know when to tap into them. "I didn't know" is a poor excuse. Check the lay of the land and know the distance you need to cover. Give it your best effort and remember, the only time you are judging yourself against is your best effort - not someone else's finish time.
Love Always - Coach J Lift your little ones up. Give them new perspectives. Sometimes place them on you hip and hug them up. Sometimes let them sit on your shoulders, and others carry them like they are flying through the sky. Sometimes get on their level. Sit on the floor, in the grass, or lay back and watch the clouds roll by with them. Give your little ones new perspectives. Love Always - Coach J |
