and 1

In the past I have heard this term as plus 1.  As in you are on the guest list plus 1.  You could bring anyone you wanted, you were the key as your name is on the list but the plus 1 could be anyone.  You have the power and authority to bring that other person along.  Recently this term has been used as "And 1".  It is a blessing to realize those that have us in their heart and add us to their blessings as an "and 1".   To become the one on someones list you must be in practice of adding people to your list.  It compounds and grows.  Thank you to my team that keep me on the "and 1" rotation.
