I am working with different people all the time and sometimes I feel their struggle or resistance to change and in place of bearing their discomfort I have to remind myself to come from a place of Love.  And when that is not enough I remind myself the solution is just more Love.  Not in Love - just coming from a place of Love.  What would Love do, say and how would Love interact in this situation?

Have you ever been in the midst of teaching a lesson only for you to unknowingly be violating the very lesson you are teaching?  It can be humbling but at the same time refreshing to be caught in the moment and not have to wait for reflection to be realized.  Always learning is the modus for me.

I awoke from my slumber to find myself in a place of complete bliss.  That evening as I feel into a deep sleep I was immersed in complete Love.  I have heard people living the opposite as well.  Living in hell and dreaming of hell.  What then is a dream and what is real?  How far is heaven or hell?

Two boys were playing on a summer night and found some matches.  They lit one of the wooden matches and gathered some dry leaves from nearby.  As the leaves burned the were in awe of how the fire consumed the leaf and turned it from vibrant oranges and reds to a light grey smoke to black ash.  The remains of the ash were left as they went about their night never to be thought of again.  A small event in their lifetime. This is a direct story but what are the feelings of the two boys?  The one who lit the match.  The one who kept the patches.  In that moment was there any feelings of entitlement?  A feeling of being left out or lack?  Sounds silly for such emotion to be in such a simple story, yet we do this all the time in the smallest interactions in our lives.  We give it a deeper meaning from our perspective and assume a victor or victims role when in fact it is simply nature taking its course.

6-8 inches is Spring snow.  Light, fluffy and beautiful.  Take your time and travel safe.  A gentle reminder to appreciate the modern conveniences we have.  Snuggle up, sit back and enjoy the show, for Summer is just around the corner.

As we draw closer to an age where we will be more and more connected to each other through the use of cameras, internet and social sharing we are faced with a simple need, the need to recharge your battery.  I am speaking of your internal battery.  If you are always looking for external stimulation you will forget how to give stimulation.  Take time with yourself in quiet reflection.  Recharge your battery so you can perform at peak states.  Go "off line" or spend some downtime to find your inner inspiration.  Cultivate it and bring it to the world to shine bright.

Take a deep breath.  When you take a deep breath roll your shoulders back as you are inhaling and bring your shoulder blades together.  Keep inhaling past the point you normally would and really fill your lungs and hold for just a moment.  Exhale gently.  Repeat this pattern of breathing throughout the day every time you think to do so.  Fill your body with life.

Is there anything more foolish than believing anything is real?  Our stress, our trials, our conquests?  Isn't it all just fleeting anyway?  Conversely how foolish would it be to stand back and not participate?  Get in the water to know it's wet even though it will dry.  You may ask a question and look a fool for a few moments, or never ask and remain a fool forever.  Live, Laugh, Love.
