 The correlation of family members and how they interact is a joy. The funny, the serious, and the heartfelt moments are some much easier to bear with the family pack sharing them together. I enjoy sitting back and watching all different styles and personalities come together for one common cause - the love of each other and family.

 Nothing like having a loved one come visit you. It is a vacation for you and the visitor. you get to show them around, share your home, cook new meals together. It is a chance to rediscover all that you have to offer, and maybe that which you take for granted. The blessing of family and friends visiting is something I am extremely grateful for. Invite someone you love over and shower them with love.
Love Always - Coach J  Who is behind those eyes? Who is that waiting to arrive and be brilliant, funny, and beautiful. Full felt love to the parents and guardians of the young ones. Give them Sun, water, and fertile soil to grow in. Your fruit will bear your likeness, yet they will bring their own pieces to the game.
Love Always - Coach J  Who is the winner? A question we challenge ourselves with frequently when there is more than one person aiming for a desired outcome. Is the winner the person that finished first? Had the highest quality, or intricacy? How about the contestant that had fear to the level of paralysis and still competed? How about the contestant that staying the "running" even after their mind and body told them they had hit their limit? I challenge you to stop holding your scorecard to someone else's and simply see if you are giving your best. Are you willing to push a little harder? Go somewhere new in your growth? Once you begin this lifestyle all types of beautiful and wonderful results begin to manifest themselves. No I'll ask again - who is the winner?

The abundant life is one of contribution and creativity. The rat race is one of competition. When you move through life adding value to others your life elevates naturally - that is how it must be. Complete your duties, know your priorities, yet never miss an opportunity to co-create.

You have a chance to share your work with others. This is the day the Creator has made - what will you create out of it? All the building blocks are yours to play with. What will you build? Love Always - Coach J  How awesome is salsa? The multitude of flavors, the spice. A fresh flavor explosion. Who thought of this treat? I just want you to know I LOVE YOU! Boy I enjoy a nice fresh homemade salsa. Spice clears the sinuses and awakens the senses. Fresh veggies, peppers, tomato, spices, maybe even some cilantro! I think I'll enjoy some fresh salsa with my breakfast today. Have a spicy - awesome day!
