I love going to the park. A great place to stretch out, play as well as relax. I also love the theater, so when I heard about a local theater in the park I was all in! How much better than does it get on a cool summer evening than theater in the park? Awesome! Love Always - Coach J

People that step out on Faith to chase their dream. Quenching their souls desire and their inner burning passion. That is how the world is filled with loving kindness. Find your passion and within that you will find how to give back to the world, but first you must be fulfilling your purpose. Pay your dues now, do not run from but put the work in now. Your rewards are stored up for you. Chase your passion, go boldly in the direction of your dreams for you WILL capture them. Love Always - Coach J Some people come into your life for a reason - for you to learn something from them. Some are in your life for a season, they come and they go. Others are with you for life. All three are so special and necessary in their moment. But today is about saying I Love You to my Lifetime connections. Have an awesome day! Love Always - Coach J The day when loved ones celebrate their anniversary of birth. A New Year. Time to reflect on the past year and plan for the future. TO be able to share that with a loved one and tell (and show) them how much they mean to you is my selfish way of enjoying the day with them. Bring a memorable day to them and send them into their new year refreshed and ready to succeed. Love Always - Coach J The ability for someone you love or trust to joke with you. To tell that joke that the two of you connect on in such a way that tears come to the corner of your eyes from laughter. Not giggles but things that really tickle your soul. The type of laughs that cause giggles later. Being on the same level with someone to get those laughs - the beauty of fellowship and connection. Love Always - Coach J On Friday I completed a Crossfit workout where one of our classmates had 1/3 of his right arm. I didn't ask if he was born that way, I didn't ask if he needed help with anything more than I would offer anyone else. I did witness him complete the workout which included front rack lunges, pull-ups, dips, and double unders! Stop telling people why you didn't do what you said you would do. No excuses, no explanations necessary. I get great satisfaction from knowing my neighbours. Calling neighbourhood kids by their names and knowing where they live. Knowing the cashier at the grocery story to the point of where their from and their interests. The local farmers market, the local high school football games, local stores for crafts and fair. Support, explore, and Floating around disconnected from our fellow inhabitants is a cold existence. Together we can do more, together we can make a difference, together we can change the world. What you put in is what you get out. Placing jet fuel in your car will make it run really fast for a few seconds before it blew up - if it ran at all. Pouring fruit punch in the vehicles fuel tank until the gauge reads full does not give you the ability to travel on that substance. "Wow - pretty insightful, thanks a bunch...." You say? Consider many do this every day with their eating habits. Placing synthetic fuels (Processed Food) in their finely tuned machine and curse poor operation. Then look to fix it symptoms with more synthetics (Pills/Drugs). You're knocking years off the engine and voiding the warranty... Food has come under enough attack I want to step this theory up a notch. What do you feed your mind? So called 24 hour news of death and depravity? Processed "reality TV" or "situational" comedies of situations that mainly revolve around sexual exploits, or snarky condescending humor? Be careful what you feed your mind - it will influence how you feed your body and the "nutrition" you feed to others through conversation and value. Go to my Samples and Examples page and click the "Information as Food" button, then go out and find three random acts of kindness you can do today. That will start the ball rolling for "consuming" the best "food". Love Always - Coach J |
